An anchor assembly for autologous or artifi-cial tendons grafts comprises an insertion element with a stem and an aperture-containing head prox-imal to the stem. The aperture is sufficiently large to receive autologous tendons grafts such as semi-tendinosus tendon or artificial tendons. The assem-bly also comprises a stabilizing element adapted to be embedded in bone. The stabilizing element comprises a sleeve with a cavity, which can be an elongated axial channel, arranged to receive and hold the insertion element stem. The insertion el-ement can be tapped into the stabilizing element or the insertion element can be modified to include a structure such as a hole, barb, slot or hook by which the insertion element can be pulled into the stabilizing element.
Un ensemble d'ancrage pour greffe de tendons autologues ou artificiels comprend un élément d'insertion constitué d'une tige et d'une tête contenant une ouverture proximale par rapport à la tige. L'ouverture est suffisamment large pour recevoir des greffes de tendons autologues telles que des tendons semi-tendineux ou des tendons artificiels. L'ensemble comprend également un élément stabilisateur adapté pour être intégré dans l'os.
