Systems and methods for dispensing discrete lengths of surgical drape material from a supply of the same in order to provide multiple disposable surgical drapes from the supply are provided. The system may comprise a roll of sterile surgical drape material having a continuous length along which the surgical drape material is dispensable in a plurality of discrete lengths. Also provided is a supply of surgical drape material having a continuous length along which the surgical drape material is dispensable in discrete lengths, and a dispenser including a blade for separating the discrete lengths of the surgical drape material from the supply of surgical drape material.
