A clamp (10) having at least first and second elongate clamping portions (2, 4) adapted to be placed on opposite sides of the hollow anatomical structure (40). The first and second elongate clamping portions (2, 4) respectively include ends coupled together with respective resilient urging members (6, 8) configured to urge at least one of the first and second elongate clamping portions (2, 4) toward the other of the first and second elongate clamping portions (2, 4) from an open position into a clamping position to occlude the hollow anatomical structure (40). The clamp (10) is shaped annularly such that it may surround the hollow anatomical structure (40) in the open position and reorient into a flattened shape in the clamping position to occlude the hollow interior of the hollow anatomical structure (40). Apparatus of the invention further include clamp delivery and actuation devices (80, 200) adapted to deploy the clamp (10).
L'invention concerne un clamp (10) comprenant au moins une première partie et une deuxième partie de clampage allongées (2, 4) pouvant être placées sur des faces opposées de la structure anatomique creuse (40). Les première et deuxième parties de clampage allongées (2, 4) présentent respectivement des extrémités raccordées à des éléments de poussée résilients correspondants (6, 8) servant à pousser au moins l'une des parties de clampage allongées (2, 4) vers l'autre partie de clampage allongée (2, 4), la faisant ainsi passer d'une position ouverte dans une position de clampage afin d'occlure la structure anatomique creuse (40). Le clamp (10) a une forme annulaire de manière à pouvoir entourer la structure anatomique creuse (40) dans la position ouverte et il se réoriente pour prendre une forme aplatie dans la position de clampage afin d'occlure l'intérieur creux de la structure anatomique creuse (40). Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend également des dispositifs de placement et d'actionnement de clamp (80, 200) servant à mettre en oeuvre le clamp (10).
