ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The specification discloses a system and method for continuously forming a pressboard product from shredded scrap paper having a thermoplastic coated thereon. The shredded paper is deposited between two continuous facing sheets. The sandwiched construction is heated using radiant or convection heat and then compressed to fuse the shredded paper together.
