A B S T R A C T APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR MIXING FLUIDS Apparatus for mixing fluids (e.g. liquid hydrocarbons and steam) comprising a tubular mixing section having in its upstream end part an annular inlet opening for a first fluid defined inside substantially coaxially arranged inlet means for a second fluid and an outlet opening for a fluid mixture. The invention further relates to a process for mixing fluids (e.g. for use in catalytic cracking of hydrocarbonaceous material).
