An apparatus for preparing a frozen confection is provided. The apparatus comprises a nozzle having a plurality of passages therethrough, the passages each comprising an inlet port and an outlet port; a feeder means for supplying one or more streams of one or more frozen compositions to the inlet ports of the passages; a drive means for rotating the nozzles and a sealing means for sealing one or more of the passages. Also provided are a process for preparing a frozen confection and products obtainable thereby.
