An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a process for producing a windable carbonaceous material sheet, which is obtained by continuously curing a long uncured fiber sheet which is obtained by using short fibers to make paper and which contains uncured resin to produce a resin-impregnated cured sheet, and then continuously carbonizing it, and its production process. For the object, a long uncured fiber sheet (la) is conveyed by conveyance means which is equipped with one rotation belt set (2) comprising a drive roll ( 2a ), a follower roll ( 2b ), and an endless belt (2c) which is put on and around these rolls (2a, 2b). A resin-impregnated cured sheet (lb) is produced by heating and pressurizing the uncured fiber sheet ( la) by resin curing means (3) which is arranged so as to nip the uncured fiber sheet through the endless belt (2c). Further, the resin- impregnated cured sheet is continuously conveyed in a horizontal direction, and then is carbonized by the apparatus for producing a carbonaceous material sheet which is equipped with a carbonization treatment chamber for carbonizing a carbonizing material and guide rolls which are provided in the carbonization treatment chamber, so that a carbonaceous material sheet is continuously produced. Then, this is wound up. Accordingly, production efficiency is remarkably improved, and its handling property and conveying property are excellent.
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de production d'une feuille durcie imprégnée de résine, le procédé consistant à durcir en continu une feuille fibreuse non durcie continue, obtenue par le formage de fibres courtes en une feuille, et à imprégner celle-ci au moyen d'une résine non durcie; ainsi qu'un appareil et un procédé de production d'une feuille en matière carbonnée, le procédé consistant à carboniser en continu la feuille durcie. La feuille en matière carbonnée présente d'excellentes propriétés de manipulation et de transport et peut être enroulée. La feuille fibreuse non durcie et continue (1a) est transportée grâce à des moyens de transport comprenant au moins une paire de courroies rotatives (2), chacune comprenant un rouleau d'entraînement (2a), un rouleau entraîné (2b) et une courroie sans fin (2c) courant sur et entre ces rouleaux. La résine est durcie entre des rouleaux de chauffage/compression ou entre les courroies sans fin. La feuille durcie imprégnée de résine obtenue est ensuite transportée en continu dans une direction horizontale vers une chambre de carbonisation, en vue d'être carbonisée dans celle-ci, de manière à produire une feuille en matière carbonnée.
