An apparatus for transport and controlled discharge of a load, comprising a frame with a guide (5, 6, 9) for at least one displaceable transport container (2), a drive means (1) for carrying the transport container in an endless track, a resetting device (50) for placing a transport container in a starting position and a discharge station (41, 42, 43) for selectively relieving a transport container of a load. The transport containers are provided with a movable carrying panel (21, 22) for receiving of the load thereon, comprising at least two tilt trays which extend between tilt axes (23) located on both sides. The tilt trays (21, 22) can be selectively titled between a transporting position and a downward hanging discharge position, and are provided with a locking mechanism (60-62) for locking the tilt trays in the transport position. The resetting device is adapted to co-act with a passing opened transport container to place the tilt trays thereof in the transport position, and the discharge station is able to selectively unlock the locking mechanism of a passing transport container to thus release the tilt trays. A coupling (24) is placed between the tilt trays (21, 22) to impose a tilting movement of the one tilt tray on the other tilt tray.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné au transport et au déchargement contrôlé d'une charge, comprenant une structure avec un guide (5, 6, 9) pour au moins un conteneur de transport mobile (2), un moyen d'entraînement (1) destiné au transport du conteneur de transport sur un circuit fermé, un dispositif de réarmement (50) destiné à placer un conteneur de transport dans une position de départ et un poste de déchargement (41, 42, 43) permettant de débarrasser sélectivement un conteneur de transport de sa charge. Les conteneurs de transport sont équipés d'un panneau de transport mobile (21, 22) destiné à recevoir la charge, comprenant au moins deux plateaux basculants disposés entre des axes de pivotement (23) situés de chaque côté du panneau. Les plateaux de transport (21, 22) peuvent être sélectivement inclinés entre une position de transport et une position de déchargement dans laquelle ils sont suspendus vers le bas et sont équipés d'un mécanisme de verrouillage (60-62) destiné à verrouiller les plateaux basculants dans la position de transport. Le dispositif de réarmement est conçu pour coopérer avec un conteneur de transport ouvert en mouvement pour placer les plateaux basculants dans la position de transport et le poste de déchargement permet de déverrouiller sélectivement le mécanisme de verrouillage d'un conteneur de transport en mouvement et de libérer les plateaux basculants. Un organe de raccordement (24) disposé entre les plateaux basculants (21, 22) impose un mouvement de bascule d'un des plateaux basculants sur l'autre plateau basculant.
