Abstract: It is disadvantageous in known dealcoholizing plants that volatile content materials always still escape and the end product is consequently lacking in aroma materials and/or preserving materials which previously were present. This disadvantage is eliminated in that the volatile content materials, which also previously went out into the circulation. via the vacuum pump, are fed back again into the circulation.
