In an apparatus for access control with a lock having a blocking element, with an operating element for the blocking element, an electronic key, a reception unit for receiving identification data for the key and an evaluation circuit for establishing the access authorization on the basis of the received identification data, the evaluation circuit interacts with the operating element and/or the blocking element for the purpose of selectively releasing or blocking the lock. The electronic key has means for producing a capacitive near field which is used to transmit the identification data. In addition, a device for coupling the capacitive near field onto the person carrying the key is provided. The reception unit is in the form of a device which is separate from the lock, and comprises at least one capacitive coupling face, so that when the capacitive coupling face is touched or when the capacitive coupling face is approached by the person an AC circuit is closed and a flow of electricity is produced through the reception unit and can be detected by the reception unit.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de contrôle d'accès comportant une serrure pourvue d'un organe de verrouillage, un élément d'actionnement pour l'organe de verrouillage, une clé électronique, une unité de réception pour la réception de données d'identification de la clé et un circuit d'analyse pour la détermination de l'autorisation d'accès sur la base des données d'identification reçues. Dans ce dispositif, le circuit d'analyse coopère avec l'élément d'actionnement et/ou l'organe de verrouillage pour le verrouillage ou la libération sélectifs de la serrure. La clé électronique présente des moyens pour la génération d'un champ proche capacitif permettant d'émettre les données d'identification. Ledit dispositif de contrôle d'accès comporte en outre un dispositif pour le couplage du champ proche capacitif à la personne portant la clé. L'unité de réception est réalisée sous forme de dispositif séparé de la serrure et comprend au moins une surface capacitive de couplage de sorte que quand la personne touche la surface de couplage capacitive ou s'approche de cette surface, un circuit de courant alternatif se ferme et un flux électrique se produit à travers l'unité de réception, lequel peut être détecté par l'unité de réception.
