ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A plurality of spokes project at certain angular distances apart away from a hub which can be driven in rotation about an axis of rotation. Disposed at one end of each of the spokes is an entrainment means, each of which is adapted to entrain one article at a time. The radial distance of the entrainment means from the hub can be varied periodically by means of a guide during the rotation of the hub. In the course of this, the distances of the entrainment means apart from one another vary accordingly.
