A user device used in a communication system performing synchronous or asynchronous automatic retransmission control (ARQ) receives a downlink control channel and prepares an uplink data channel and an uplink control channel accompanying it. A retransmission packet is prepared according to transmission check information. The uplink control channel includes new/old information indicating whether the packet transmitted by the uplink data channel is a retransmission packet but does not include transmission format information containing at least a data modulation type used in the uplink data channel. The uplink control channel may contain or may not contain the retransmission format information indicating how the retransmission packet is derived from the transmitted packet. The downlink control channel may contain resource allocation information for the uplink data channel and the channel-encoded transmission acknowledgement information.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé servant a transmettre un canal de commande de liaison montante. Un dispositif utilisateur utilisé dans un système de communication réalisant une commande de retransmission automatique asynchrone ou synchrone (ARQ) reçoit un canal de commande de liaison descendante et prépare un canal de données de liaison montante et un canal de commande de liaison montante l'accompagnant. Un paquet de retransmission est préparé conformément aux informations de vérification de transmission. Le canal de commande de liaison montante comprend des informations nouvelles/anciennes indiquant si le paquet transmis par le canal de données de liaison montante est un paquet de retransmission mais ne comprend pas d'informations d'un format de transmission contenant au moins un type de modulation de données utilisé dans le canal de données de liaison montante. Le canal de commande de liaison montante peut contenir ou pas des informations de format de retransmission indiquant comment le paquet de retransmission est déduit du paquet transmis. Le canal de commande de liaison descendante peut contenir des informations d'allocation de ressource pour le canal de données de liaison montante et les informations d'acquittement de transmission codées par canal.
