Abstract of the Disclosure An apparatus for assembling a projectile, such as a heavy bazooka projectile or an artillery projectile, and a booster charge case to a shot. The apparatus brings the booster charge case onto the projectile and fixes the case to the projectile by pressing into a peripheral groove of the projectile by means of hydraulically or pneumatically driven members operated by a preprogrammed control system, thus making the presence of a worker unnecessary during the critical steps of the assembling process.
