An apparatus for binding a button-fixing thread (12) running through a button (10) sewed on a garment or other fabric, which is capable of winding a binding thread (56) around the button-fixing thread by several turns in a safe, simple, easy and convenient manner while forming a twist with the binding thread at every turn, thereby not only preventing the button from being separated due to a loosening of the button-fixing thread (12) during a strong washing operation or an operation of passing the button through a button slit formed in the garment, but also achieving an improvement in the binding operation and an improvement in the reliability in use. The apparatus includes a thread hooking plate (44) adapted to hook the binding thread (56) to be wound around the button-fixing thread (12) when the drum (26) rotates, a twisting member (52) adapted to twist the binding thread hooked by the thread hooking plate (44) and to separate the twisted binding thread from the thread hooking plate (44) after the thread hooking plate rotates by a predetermined angle, and a twist forming member (54) adapted to hook the binding thread (56) twisted by the twisting member (52) after the twisting member rotates by a predetermined angle, thereby forming a complete twist with the binding thread (56).
Appareil permettant d'attacher un fil de fixation (12) traversant un bouton cousu sur un vêtement ou autre tissu, qui est capable d'enrouler un fil de renforcement (56) autour du fil de fixation en constituant plusieurs tours, de manière sure, simple, facile et pratique, tout en formant à chaque tour une torsion du fil de renforcement, ce qui empêche ainsi le bouton de tomber en raison d'un relâchement du fil de fixation (12) pendant une opération de lavage énergique ou une opération de passage du bouton dans une boutonnière et améliore en outre l'opération de couture et la fiabilité d'utilisation du bouton. Ledit appareil comporte une plaque (44) d'accrochage adaptée pour accrocher le fil de renforcement (56) à enrouler autour du fil de fixation (12) lorsque le tambour (26) tourne, un élément de torsion (52) adapté pour tordre le fil de renforcement accroché par la plaque d'accrochage (44) et pour séparer le fil de renforcement torsadé de ladite plaque (44) une fois que cette dernière a effectué une rotation selon un angle prédéterminé, et un élément (54) de formation de torsion adapté pour accrocher le fil de renforcement (56) torsadé par l'élément de torsion (52) une fois que l'élément de torsion a effectué une rotation selon un angle prédéterminé, ce qui produit une torsion complète du fil de renforcement (56).
