A production device of carbon nanotube in which the yield is enhanced. On the inside of a reaction tube (20) which is heated to become a circumference heating body, a plurality of nozzles (26) for supplying material and carrier gas into the reaction tube, and at least one internal heating body (24) are arranged. The yield is increased by arranging a plurality of nozzles. The nozzles are arranged to be held between the two heating bodies (the circumference heating body, the internal heating body) and the shortest distance to the circumferential wall of the two heating bodies is "a". The distance between adjoining nozzles is "b" (>=2a). The flows of material and carrier gas supplied from the nozzle neither interfere with each other nor with the wall of the heating body and thereby the yield is increased.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de production de nanotube de carbone dans lequel le rendement est amélioré. A l'intérieur de tube de réaction (20) qui est chauffé pour devenir un corps chauffant périphérique, une pluralité de buses (26) destinée à amener des matériaux et du gaz porteur dans le tube de réaction et au moins un corps chauffant interne (24) sont agencés. Le rendement est accru par l'agencement d'une pluralité de buses. Celles-ci sont agencées de façon à être maintenues entre les deux corps chauffants (le corps chauffant périphérique, le corps chauffant interne) et la plus courte distance de la paroi périphérique des deux corps chauffants est = a =.
