A cladding apparatus includes a receiving member securing an insulation member, and a forming member having a delivery portion and a base. A cladding surface of the base is spaced from a coatable surface of the insulation member to define a cavity. A conduit of the delivery portion delivers a coating material, through a coating aperture in the base, into the cavity. The cladding surface forms a composite cladded insulation piece, including a coating layer bonded to the coatable surface. An inner coating surface of the coating layer has projections securely encasing the coated surface of the insulation member. A mounting surface of the insulation member is mounted on a building substrate. A wall finish is applied to an outer surface of the coating layer. Corresponding methods of forming and installing the pieces are also provided.
L'invention concerne un appareil de revêtement comprenant un élément de réception qui fixe un élément d'isolation, ainsi qu'un élément de formage présentant une partie de distribution et une base. Une surface de revêtement de la base est espacée d'une surface de l'élément d'isolation apte à être enduite pour définir une cavité. Un conduit de la partie de distribution distribue dans la cavité un matériau d'enduisage, à travers une ouverture d'enduisage située dans la base. La surface de revêtement forme une pièce d'isolation composite revêtue, comprenant une couche d'enduit reliée à la surface apte à être enduite. Une surface d'enduisage interne de la couche d'enduit présente des saillies renfermant de manière sûre la surface enduite de l'élément d'isolation. Une surface de montage de l'élément d'isolation est montée sur un substrat de construction. Une finition murale est appliquée sur une surface externe de la couche d'enduit. Des procédés correspondants de formation et d'installation des pièces sont également fournis.
