The invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning a submerged surface, that comprises a hollow body (1), members (2, 3, 4) for driving said body (1) on a submerged surface in a longitudinal direction, including a wheel (2), a submerged-surface brushing device (4), a mechanism for rotating the brushing device (4) about a brushing axis, characterised in that the mechanism for driving the brushing device (4) includes: a crown (5) with an inner teeth gear connected to a wheel (2), a brush sprocket (42) connected to the brushing device (4) and meshing with said crown (5) of said driving wheel (2) such that a rotation of the driving wheel (2) results in a rotation of the brushing device (4) about its brushing axis and in the same direction.
L'invention concerne un appareil nettoyeur d'une surface immergée comprenant un corps (1) creux, des organes (2, 3, 4) d'entraînement de ce corps (1) sur la surface immergée selon une direction longitudinale comprenant une roue (2), un dispositif (4) de brossage de la surface immergée, un mécanisme d'entraînement en rotation du dispositif (4) de brossage autour d'un axe de brossage, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme d'entraînement du dispositif (4) de brossage comprend: une couronne (5) à denture intérieure solidaire d'une roue (2), un pignon (42) de brosse solidaire du dispositif (4) de brossage et engrené dans ladite couronne (5) de cette roue (2) motrice de telle sorte qu'une rotation de cette roue (2) motrice entraîne une rotation du dispositif (4) de brossage autour de son axe de brossage, dans le même sens de rotation.
