The invention relates to a device for compensating tilting in mould clamping units of injection moulding machines, comprising a base plate (7) which can be fixed on one of the mould clamping plates (1, 2); and a mould carrier plate (8) for receiving the mould halves (3, 4) that are allocated to said mould clamping plate (1, 2). The mould carrier plate (8) can be tilted in relation to the base plate (7). The invention is characterised in that the base plate (7) is connected to the mould carrier plate (8) by a concave bearing (9) and is pretensioned in relation to the mould carrier plate (8) by means of pretensioning elements (15), in such a way that a gap (dw) is formed between the base plate (7) and the mould carrier plate (8) outside the concave bearing (9) and in that the pretensioning elements (15) are positioned at an angle to the axis of symmetry (13) of the clamping unit in such a way that the pressure surfaces (25) on which the pretensioning elements act and the bearing surface (33) of the concave bearing (9) essentially lie on parallel concave parts, preferably on the same concave part. The main advantage of the invention is the maintenance of a largely constant pretensioning force, even if tilting occurs.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de compensation de gauchissements dans le cas d'unités de fermeture du moule de presses d'injection. Ce dispositif comprend une plaque de base (7) pouvant être montée sur une plaque de montage (1 ou 2), et une plaque support de moule (8) destinée à recevoir la moitié de moule (3, 4) associée à cette plaque de montage de moule (1, 2). La plaque support de moule (8) peut basculer vers la plaque de base (7). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la plaque de base (7) et la plaque support de moule (8) sont reliées par un palier en forme de calotte (9) et la plaque de base (7) peut être fixée à la plaque support de moule (8) par des moyens de fixation (15), de telle façon qu'il y ait une fente d¿w? entre la plaque de base (7) et la plaque support (8) en dehors du palier en calotte (9). Les moyens de fixation (15) sont obliques par rapport à l'axe de symétrie (13) de l'unité de fermeture de telle façon que les surfaces d'appui (25) soumises à leur action et que la surface d'appui (33) du palier en calotte (9) reposent sur des calottes sensiblement parallèles, de préférence sur la même calotte. Le principal avantage de l'invention réside dans le maintien d'une force de fixation largement constante même lors de basculements.
