-13- ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In an apparatus for controlling the interior temperature of a plurality of climate-controlled rooms in a building, the rooms being provided with self-regulating heat exchangers (7a-c), which are supplied with a heat exchange fluid, in particular water, through a distribution system (2), an improved control and regulation of the room temperatures is attained by ensuring that the distribution system (2) includes at least three conduits (3, 4, 5), two of which constitute feed conduits (3, 5) with different feed temperatures, and of which one is provided as a common return conduit (4), and in that means are provided through which the heat exchangers (7a-c) can be selectively connected to one or the other of the feed conduits (3, 5) in accordance with the desired interior temperature. (Figure 1)
