In existing apparatus for conveying and processing sausage mixture, it is difficult to obtain a constant feeding rate of the sausage mixture for various sausage mixtures having differing consistencies. The present invention addresses this problem by providing a pressure chamber disposed between the conveyor device andthe cutting device, which chamber is confined by a housing that can be detached from the conveyor device and the cutting device.
