The apparatus of the invention comprises at least a first device (21) with a rigid elongated body (1) including two main sections angularly coupled with each other by an angular coupling region forming an angle substantially equal to the angular correction to be applied to a bone (18). First anchoring means (5) shaped as pins are provided to be transversally attached to the proximal portion (24) of the bone (18); second anchoring means in the form of bone screws (26) are provided to be attached to the diaphysis portion of the bone (18). The first device (21) is positioned on the bone (18) following an opening osteotomy (23). A second device (22), in the form of a four pin clip, may be positioned on an adjacent bone (19) on each side of a closure osteotomy (27) in order to complete the correction. A Hallux Valgus can thereby be corrected.
Le matériel selon l'invention comprend au moins un premier dispositif (21) formé d'un corps (1) allongé rigide comportant deux segments principaux se raccordant angulairement l'un à l'autre par une zone de raccordement angulaire présentant un angle sensiblement égal à la correction angulaire à réaliser sur un os (18). Des premiers moyens d'ancrage (5) en forme de broches sont prévus pour se fixer i dans la partie proximale (24) de l'os (18); des seconds moyens d'ancrage en forme de vis à os (26) sont prévus pour se fixer dans la partie diaphysaire de l'os (18), Le dispositif (21) est placé sur l'os (18) après réalisation d'une ostéotomie d'ouverture (23). Un second dispositif (22), sous forme d'une agrafe à quatre broches, est éventuellement placé sur un os adjacent (19) de part et d'autre d'une ostéotomie de fermeture (27), pour compléter la correction. On peut réaliser ainsi la correction d'un Hallux Valgus.
