The outlines of the dice (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b), the nipples (18a, 18b) and the storage spaces (12a, 12b) are all rectangular when viewed from above. Therefore, by pressing the dice (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b) and the nipples (18a, 18b) against reference surfaces (19, 21) of the left storage space (12a), alignment of holes (30, 31, 32), through which the optical fiber is passed, can be performed easily.
