This decorative material can be applied to a window pane to give the appearance of a leaded window, In order to realize this decorative material, there is processed a strip of material. There is disclosed an apparatus having a die into which the strip can be fed which has recessed element and a cooperating plunger which can be angularly oriented relative to the length of the strip for cutting the strip to form said processed material and said decorative material.
