A power plant may include a furnace, a coal supply, and a sorbent supply. The furnace may have at least one face with a distribution of a plurality of injectors. The coal supply may be in communication with the furnace. The injectors may be in communication with the source of sorbent and provide injection thereof into the furnace. The sorbent may include an alkaline powder having at least one calcium compound, silica, and alumina.
L'invention concerne une centrale électrique comportant un four, une alimentation en charbon et une alimentation en sorbant. Le four comporte au moins une face où est répartie une pluralité d'injecteurs. L'alimentation en charbon est en communication avec le four et les injecteurs sont en communication avec la source de sorbant qu'ils injectent dans le four. Le sorbant peut comprendre une poudre alcaline dotée d'au moins un composé calcium, de silice et d'alumine.
