APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING PARTICULATE MATERIAL ABSTRACT An apparatus is described for dispensing a composition of coarse and fine particles, comprising a bin section and a cone section. The bin section holds a supply of the composition, and the cone section includes inner and outer frusto-cones for conducting downward, respectively, first and second portions of the composition discharged from the bin section.
