A system for applying preshaped self-stick products (10) to selected substrates (106) includes a roll (51) of preshaped self-stick products (10) on a common carrier (15), a conveyor line (102) for advancing a plurality of substrates (106), a dispenser (108) including a remover for selectively removing the preshaped self-stick products (10) from the common carrier (15) and dispensing the preshaped self-stick products (10) onto the substrates (106), a controller (104) for controlling an advancing speed of the conveyor line (102) and for indexing the dispenser (108), and a pressure roller (110) for applying pressure to the self-stick products (10), thereby fully bonding the self-stick products (10) to the substrates (106).
