An apparatus for displaying a lighting fixture in an enclosure is disclosed. The apparatus includes an elongate support member and a retaining assembly. The support member includes a top portion and a pair of opposing spaced-apart side walls. The side walls extend downwardly from the top portion. Each of the side walls define a track along a distal edge thereof. The retaining assembly is capable of securing the lighting fixture thereto. The retaining assembly includes a fixture plate and a pair of spaced apart rails extending upwardly from the fixture plate. The tracks on the support member receive the rails to support the retaining assembly on the tracks. The support member is electrically connected to a power source and the retaining assembly is electrically connected to the support member and the lighting fixture.
