Abstract of the Disclosure In the present invention, the standard graph, for example a circle, of which the magnitude can be varied in response to the present value of the specific data (or sig- nificant data), is displayed in a picture plane of a display unit. In addition the present values of many-plant data watched is displayed along with the above-mentioned standard picture, in such a manner that whenever plant data represents the normal state to the present value of the significant data, a graph constructed by plotting points which indicate the plant data in a picture plane of the display unit means, may be identified with the standard graph. Thus, the present value of the significant data can be determined by the magnitude of the standard graph, and by the graph constructed by plotting the points of the plant data. In this way, it is easy to determine if the plant state is normal or abnormal.
