ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Described herein is a system which enables a vehicle that runs on liquid fuel to be converted so that it can also run when desired alternatively on gaseous fuel. This is accomplished by having the apparatus such that it can feed the gaseous fuel to the inlet manifold of the engine, thereby bypassing the carburettor and the need for complicated adjustments to the carburettor. Furthermore, since the gaseous fuel is admitted to the inlet manifold of the engine, this can be simply done on different types of vehicles and the fact that the different types of vehicles may have widely differing types of carburettors is of no consequence.
