ABSTRACT An apparatus for feeding sheet-like blanks of deep drawable synthetic plastics material to the receiving station of a deep- drawing machine having a plurality of suction plates is so constructed that despite an increase in machine output, production is simplified and the operation meets exacting hygiene requirements. For this, it is envisaged that a supply roll holding a web of synthetic plastics material is capable of intermittently driven by pairs of drive rollers and moved in front of a cutting means having on its downstream side a magazine, a movable flap provided with suckers and a first supporting plate being adapted to be brought into engagement with the removal side of the magazine, a second movable supporting plate provided with suckers being disposed on the other side, guide means being provided in order to feed the blanks from the movable flap and round onto the opposite side of the suction plate to the second supporting plate.
