The invention relates to an apparatus for filling a container with solid particles. According to the invention, a body (1) supplies material to a set of flared tubes (2) containing straight telescopic tubes (6) which are used to adjust the particle flow rate. The particles are propelled towards the periphery at the outlet of the aforementioned tubes by intermittent gas jets from perforated tubes (4). The invention also comprises a rotating assembly of plates (3) having variably-dimensioned bristled brushes (30) along the periphery thereof, said assembly scattering the particles such that they are distributed regularly along a horizontal plane. In addition, a control device (9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16) is supplied with particles in the upstream section of the body (1) and said device can be used to rectify an accidental distribution fault by directing a partial additional flow of particles towards a segment in which the bed height is too low. One such apparatus can be used to fill silos or catalytic reactors.
Un corps (1), alimente un ensemble de tubulures épanouies (2), dans lesquelles coulissent des tubulures droites (6) pour régler le débit de particules. A la sortie de ces tubulures, les particules sont propulsées vers la périphérie par des jets de gaz intermittents issus de tubes perforés (4). Un ensemble tournant de plateaux (3) munis à la périphérie de brosses (30) à poils de dimensions variables, disperse les particules de façon à les répartir régulièrement dans un plan horizontal. Un correcteur (9, 11, 12, 13, 14 et 16) alimenté en particules par l~amont du corps (1) permet de rectifier un défaut accidentel de répartition en dirigeant un flux partiel supplémentaire de particules vers le secteur ou la hauteur du lit est trop faible. Un tel appareil est applicable au remplissage de silos ou de réacteurs catalytiques.
