An apparatus (1) method for filling liquid-phased extruded containers (36) comprises injecting the extruded material (3) into a die head (10) forming a tubular shape. The die head is hollow, or bored, from its back end to its front where the extruded material egresses to form the extrudate (pre-container) tube shape. A means for introducing a separable insert (12) through the die head bore (26) permits the insert to be encased within the tube while the thermoplastic material is still in its liquid or molten phase. Pinch rollers (32) seal the tube at ends opposite that of the insert while avoiding the insert, while the line of sealed containers is pulled by the gear rollers (30) through a water cooling bath (38). A die punch stamp (40) cuts the pinches, or sealed, sections of the containers separating them into individual, filled, singular units.
Appareil (1) et procédé de remplissage de récipients (36) extrudés en phase liquide, ce procédé consistant à injecter le matériau extrudé (3) dans une tête (10) d'extrusion pour produire une forme tubulaire. Ladite tête est creuse ou alésée, de sa partie postérieure à sa partie antérieure, d'où le matériau extrudé sort pour produire la forme tubulaire initiale du récipient (extrudat). Un moyen d'introduction d'un objet (12) à insérer séparé, par l'alésage (26) de la tête d'extrusion, permet d'enfermer ledit objet dans le tube alors que le matériau thermoplastique est encore en phase liquide ou de fusion. Des rouleaux pinceurs (32) referment le tube aux extrémités opposées à l'objet à insérer tout en évitant ledit objet, tandis que la file des récipients fermés est amenée par l'intermédiaire de rouleaux d'entraînement (30) dans un bain (38) d'eau de refroidissement. Une matrice poinçon (40) découpe les sections pincées ou fermées des récipients de manière à les séparer en unités individuelles, remplies et distinctes.
