A device for filtering plasticised thermoplastics has a housing (1) with at least one supply channel (6) for the material to be filtered, via which said material is taken to the inlet side of at least one filter unit (3). The filtrate passes through fine holes (7) in the filter unit (3) and passes from its discharge side into at least one outlet channel (9) leading out of the housing (1). The inlet side of the filter element is scraped by the edges of doctor blades (11) moved in relation to said filter element (3), which guides the residues along the surface of the filter element (3) to at least one discharge channel (12). In the residue discharge direction the region (20) provided with holes (7) of the filter element adjoins an unperforated region (21) which is also scraped by the doctor blades (11). In the surface of the unperforated region (21) facing the doctor blades (11) there are grooves (29), the direction of which crosses that of the edges (24) of the doctor blades (11) extending over said grooves (29). The thickened compound on the unperforated region (21) is thus taken in concentrated form to the discharge channel (12).
Dispositif de filtration de produits thermoplastiques plastifiés, comprenant un corps (1) ayant au moins un conduit d'entrée (6) pour le produit à filtrer et à travers lequel circule le produit vers le côté admission d'au moins un élément filtrant (3). Le filtrat traverse de fines perforations (7) de l'élément filtrant (3) et circule du côté sortie de l'élément filtrant (3) vers au moins un conduit de sortie (9) menant vers l'extérieur du corps (1). Le côté admission de l'élément filtrant est raclé par les bords de racles (11) mobiles par rapport à l'élément filtrant (3), lesquelles guident les résidus le long de la surface de l'élément filtrant (3) vers au moins un conduit d'évacuation (12). A la zone (20) de l'élément filtrant munie de perforations (7) succède, dans le sens de l'évacuation des résidus, une zone (21) exempte de perforations qui est raclée, de la même façon, par des racles (11). Dans la surface de la zone non perforée (21) tournée vers les racles (11), sont ménagées des rainures (29) dont la direction croise celle des bords (24) des racles (11) s'étendant au-dessus de ces rainures (29). Le produit épaissi se trouvant sur la zone exempte de perforations (21) est ainsi transporté, sous forme concentrée, vers le conduit d'évacuation (12).
