Apparatus for grinding material which enters the grinder in a wet condition and is subject to drying heat at the grinder to leave moisture in the ground material directed for independently material separation so the propelling initially hot gases looses its temperature level before returning to the grinder. A portion of the returning gases carrying ground fine with moisture therein is directed into a bag house to recover the fines and a portion of the drying heat is directed into the bag house to independently maintain a temperature level above the dew point temperature level in the bag house to prevent moisture from plugging the bag house. The apparatus provides two circulation loops, each with its independent moisture control, and a common transport for collecting product from each loop.
Cette invention concerne une installation de broyage humide dans laquelle la matière première est soumise à un flux de gaz chaud forçant le broyat à libérer son humidité avant qu'il ne soit acheminé vers un séparateur indépendant et de manière que les gaz chauds refroidissent avant de retourner dans le broyeur. Un partie des gaz recyclés chargés de fines humides est dirigée vers un dépoussiéreur à sacs filtrants pour être débarrassée des fines et une partie de la chaleur de séchage est dirigée dans ledit dépoussiéreur pour y maintenir de façon indépendante la température au-dessus du point de rosée et empêcher de la sorte l'engorgement par l'humidité. L'appareil comporte deux boucles de circulation, chacune dotée d'un régulateur d'humidité indépendant, ainsi qu'un transporteur commun recueillant la broyat provenant des deux boucles.
