ABSTRACT APPARATUS FOR HOLDING A BAG An apparatus for holding a bag and being securable to a surface. The apparatus includes first and second supporting devices for supporting the bag and first and second bag holders connected to the first and second supporting devices respectively. The first and second bag holders are operable to hold first and second portions of the bag. The apparatus further includes first and second resilient portions cooperating with the first and second supporting devices respectively to resiliently support the first and second portions of the bag to facilitate bending thereby accommodating bags of various sizes.
