The apparatus comprises: a base portion (12), disk-engaging means (15, 16) extending from the base portion (12) for releasably engaging the central hole of the disk; and resilient ejection means (17) arranged to urge the compact disk out of engagement with the disk-engaging means ( 15, 16) when the disk-engaging means (15, 16) is released, the disk-engaging means comprising resilient inwardly extending radial arms (15), cantilevered from the base portion (12); the inner ends of the arms (15) being mechanically interconnected (16, 21) so that pressure applied to any one or more of the inner ends of the arms (15) flexes each of the arms (15) towards the base portion (12) to move the inner ends of the arms (15) towards each other sufficiently to release their engagement with the disk. The apparatus may be formed as a one-piece plastics moulding as a tray for insertion in a box or as part of a wall of a video-style library box.
Le dispositif comprend: une partie base (12), des éléments venant en contact avec le disque (15, 16) s'étendant depuis la partie base (12) en vue de s'engager de manière libérable dans le trou central du disque; et un élément d'éjection élastique (17) disposé de façon à dégager le disque compact des éléments (15, 16) venant en contact avec celui-ci, ces éléments venant en contact avec le disque comprenant des bras (15) radiaux, élastiques, s'étendant vers l'intérieur, et se trouvant en porte-à-faux sur la partie base (12); les extrémités internes des bras (15) étant interconnectées mécaniquement (16, 21) de sorte que la pression appliquée sur l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des extrémités internes des bras (15) fasse fléchir chaque bras (15) vers la partie base (12) afin de déplacer les extrémités internes des bras (15) l'une vers l'autre afin de les dégager suffisamment du disque. Le dispositif peut se présenter sous forme d'un moulage en matière plastique en une pièce, tel qu'un plateau destiné à s'insérer dans une boîte, ou sous forme d'une paroi de boîtier de rangement de type vidéo.
