ABSTRACT APPARATUS FOR IMPRESSING A PLURALITY OF MARKS INTO A ROLLED SECTION An apparatus for impressing marks into a rolled section comprises a marking head, which is adapted to roll on the rolled section. To permit a change of the marks to be impressed, a plurality of type carriers are rotatably mounted in the marking head for rotation about an axis and each of said type carriers carries a set of type elements having a predetermined angular spacing about said axis.
