The present invention provides an apparatus for inhibitively preventing birds from crowding, in which a wire-shaped member spanned between adjacent support columns will not slack or break, nor will support columns fall, even when the wire-shaped member is stepped on with shoes. The wire-shaped member is tightly spanned between the adjacent support columns in a substantially horizontal direction. Onto the wire-shaped member, magnetic members are disposed in regular spaced relationship. At least one springy member is interposed between the support column and the wire-shaped member or along the wire-shaped member. If the wire-shaped member is stepped on with shoes, the elasticity of the spring member absorbs the force and prevents the wire-shaped member from slacking or breaking.
'invention consiste en un dispositif destiné à empêcher les oiseaux de s'entasser comportant une forme en fil métallique s'étendant entre des colonnes d'appui adjacentes, qui ne se desserera pas et ne se brisera pas, même si on marche dessus. La forme en fil métallique est tendue entre des colonnes d'appui adjacentes dans une direction essentiellememnt horizontale. Des éléments magnétiques sont placés sur la forme en fil métallique à intervalles réguliers. Au moins un membre élastique est placé entre la colonne d'appui et la forme en fil métallique ou le long de celle-ci. Si l'on marche sur la forme en fil métallique, le membre élastique absorbe l'impact et empêche la forme en fil métallique de se désserer ou de se casser.
