PRÉCIS DE LA DIVULGATION Appareil pour pratiquer des injections ou des prélèvements de substance dans un milieu notamment dans des tissus d'êtres vivants comprenant une pièce à main destinée à porter une aiguille, une entité centrale équipée d'un distributeur pour au moins une substance destinée à alimenter l'aiguille et une unité de commande associée au distributeur et à la pièce à main pour les faire fonctionner, une liaison reliant la pièce à main à l'entité centrale et équipée notamment d'une canalisation pour relier l'aiguille au distributeur afin de pouvoir acheminer de la substance du distributeur dans l'aiguille ou inversement, caractérisé en ce que la pièce à main comprend un support de petite masse pour recevoir une aiguille amovible mobile en translation entre une position de repos et une position active et une catapulte pour projeter le support de sa position de repos à sa position active. L'invention est applicable à la massothérapie humaine.
