A cover (26) for an opening of an ejector housing (5) of a mold assembly (10) comprises a cover portion (28) and a mounting portion (30), the mounting portion (30) is attached to a member (12) defining the ejector housing (5) at a side thereof comprising an interior wall of the ejector housing (5) and the cover portion covering the opening defined by the ends of the members (12,14, 16, 18) surrounding the ejector housing (5). The cover (26) is attached to a side of the member (12) by at least one fastener (34) located so as not to be accessible for removing the housing cover as the mold assembly is mounted in a machine. A mold assembly (10) comprises a cover (26) in accordance with the invention. The cover advantageously comprising at least one opening (38) therethrough to permit guarded examination of components of an ejector device within the ejector housing and viewable from the end of the ejector housing at which the cover is attached.
La présente invention concerne un couvercle (26) d~une ouverture d~un corps d~éjecteur (5) d~un moule (10) qui comporte une partie couvercle (28) et une partie de fixation (30), la partie de fixation (30) est fixée à un élément (12) définissant le corps d~éjecteur (5) dont un côté comporte une paroi intérieure du corps d~éjecteur (5) et la partie couvercle couvrant l~ouverture définie par les extrémités des éléments (12.14, 16, 18) entourant le corps d~éjecteur (5). Le couvercle (26) est fixé à un côté de l~élément (12) par au moins une attache (34) située afin de ne pas être accessible pour le retrait du couvercle du corps lorsque le moule est monté dans une machine. Un moule (10) comporte un couvercle (26) selon l~invention. Le couvercle comportant avantageusement au moins une ouverture (38) qui permet l~examen sans risque des composants d~un dispositif d~éjecteur dans le corps d~éjecteur et visible de l~extrémité du corps d~éjecteur sur lequel le couvercle est fixé.
