9395 ABSTRACT In apparatus for inserting electrical terminals into an electrical connector housing, terminal secured to an end of a wire is supported with the terminal in alignment with, and facing, a cavity in a connector housing on a jig. A lid is then closed to confine the wire in one end of a tunnel defined by a channel in the lid and a wire support surface, the other end of the tunnel being proximate to the housing. Wire feed wheels, both of which are driven wheels, are then raised to drive the wire down the tunnel so that the terminal is inserted into the cavity.
