ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An apparatus for making a photovoltaic module having a plurality of cell strips. The apparatus includes a frame and a support drum rotatably received in the frame . The support drum has a substantially curved surface having a plurality of paired dowel guide for registering cell strips relative to the surface and an interconnect mesh relative to the cell strip . A plurality of paired complimentary clamp sets receive and secure the cell strips and the interconnect mesh to the support drum.
