ABSTRACT An apparatus is disclosed which comprises, in a line arrangement, a sheet dough severing station (1) for cutting off plural portions off the sheet dough, and a plurality of "tortellini" forming stations (2), being structurally and operationally independent of one another, a belt conveyor (4) equipped with plates (10) and extending throughout the aggregate of said severing (1) and forming (2) stations, each plate (10) of the belt conveyor (4) being formed with recesses (11) laid in a number of lines equal to the number of the forming stations (2). (Fig. 1)
