The apparatus for making X-ray images comprises a luminescent screen (2), like a phosphor screen, arranged to provide a visible image by the effect of X-rays sent out by an X-ray source and a CCD camera (3) for receiving and storing the image forming on the luminescent screen (2). The apparatus further comprises, in optical communication with the luminescent screen and separate from the CCD camera, a photosensor (6) which is connected to computing and control means which are connectable in signal transfer communication with the control means (14) of the X-ray source for adjusting a correct quantity of exposure.
Appareil de formation d'images radiographiques, comportant un écran luminescent (2), par exemple un écran à luminophores, adapté pour afficher une image visible à l'aide des rayons X émis par une source de rayons X, et une caméra à CCD (3) destinée à capter et à stocker l'image formée sur l'écran luminescent (2). L'appareil comporte également un capteur photosensible (6) mis en communication optique avec l'écran luminescent et indépendant de la caméra à CCD, ledit capteur étant raccordé à une unité de calcul et de commande apte à être mise en communication de transfert de signaux avec l'unité de commande (14) de la source de rayons X en vue d'obtenir l'exposition voulue.
