A foldable, hanging and disposable device that enables the use of a toilet/urinal by a short person when the toilet/urinal is designed for use by a short person. The device (10) includes a back surface (23), hooks (30) and a receptacle (20). The foldable hanging urinal is made from cardboards stock and folds flat for transportation, inventory and disposal. Hooks (30) on the back of the foldable hanging urinal (10) fold out for hanging the foldable hanging urinal on a toilet fixture (50). The receptacle (20) folds out to form a cup to accept urine.
