This invention provides a molding apparatus for the molding of foamed fibre products. A plurality of upper and lower molds are provided on simultaneously rotating supports such that each co-operating pair of molds is open during a specific portion of the cycle of rotation. While open, a previous product is ejected, the molds may be cleaned and releasing agent introduced and further material introduced to the mold for a subsequent molding operation. The mold then closes and continues rotation.
Cette invention se rapporte à un appareil de moulage servant à mouler des produits à base de fibres moussées. A cet effet, plusieurs moules supérieurs et inférieurs sont placés sur des supports simultanément en rotation, de sorte que chaque paire de moules qui coopère est ouverte pendant une partie spécifique du cycle de rotation. Pendant que cette paire est ouverte, le produit préalablement moulé est éjecté, les moules peuvent être nettoyés et un agent de démoulage y être introduit, puis un matériau de moulage ultérieur est introduit dans le moule pour la prochaine opération de moulage. Le moule est alors fermé et poursuit sa rotation.
