The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing compacted irons and an apparatus for manufacturing molten irons using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing compacted irons according to the present invention includes a charging hopper into which reduced materials containing fine reduced irons are charged, screw feeders installed inside the charging hopper to make an acute angle with a vertical direction and discharging the reduced materials containing fine reduced irons which enter into the charging hopper, and a couple of rolls separated from each other to form a gap between the rolls. The couple of rolls compact the reduced materials containing fine reduced irons discharged from the charging hopper by the screw feeders and manufacture compacted irons. Each screw feeder is arranged side by side along an axis direction of the couple of rolls and an extension of the center axis of each screw feeder passes through the gap.
L'invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de fers compactés et un appareil de fabrication de fers en fusion dans lequel ils sont utilisés. Cet appareil comprend une trémie de chargement dans laquelle sont chargés des matériaux réduits contenant des fers réduits pulvérulents, des distributeurs à vis installés à l'intérieur de la trémie de chargement afin de former un angle aigu avec un axe vertical et conçus pour décharger les matériaux réduits contenant les fers réduits pulvérulents qui entrent dans la trémie de chargement, et un couple de rouleaux séparés pour former un espace entre eux. Le couple de rouleaux compacte les matériaux réduits contenant des fers réduits pulvérulents déchargés de la trémie de chargement par les distributeurs à vis et fabrique les fers compactés. Les distributeurs à vis sont disposés côte à côte dans le sens axial du couple de rouleaux et une extension de l'axe central de chaque distributeur à vis passe dans l'espace formé entre les rouleaux.
