This invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a gas barrier plastic container that, in order to reduce the cost of the apparatus in the manufacture of a gas barrier plastic container, can simultaneously meet the requirements that an identical vacuum chamber can be used even in the case of a different container shape, the need to use a high-frequency power supply can be eliminated, and a film can be formed on a plurality of containers within one vacuum chamber. In an apparatus for forming a film on the inner surface of a container, a thermal catalyst is supported on a starting material gas feed pipe, and the starting material gas feed pipe is inserted into the port of the container, followed by film formation. In an apparatus for forming a film on the outer surface of a container, a thermal catalyst is disposed around the container, and a starting material gas is blown out through the starting material gas feed pipe while bringing the starting material gas into contact with the thermal catalyst for film formation. Cooling is carried out to avoid thermal deformation of the container by heat radiated from the thermal catalyst. For example, a container on which a hydrogen-containing SiNx thin film having a film thickness of 5 to 100 nm and having a hydrogen content of 1 to 10 atomic% has been formed, is obtained.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de conteneur plastique de protection contre le gaz qui, afin de réduire le coût de l~appareil dans la fabrication d~un conteneur plastique de protection contre le gaz, peut simultanément satisfaire aux exigences d~utilisation d~une chambre à dépression identique, même avec un conteneur de forme différente, se passer d~une alimentation haute fréquence, permettre de former un film sur une pluralité de conteneurs dans une seule chambre à dépression. Dans un appareil de formation d~un film sur la surface interne d~un conteneur, un catalyseur thermique est supporté sur un tuyau d~arrivée de matériau gazeux de départ, et le tuyau d~arrivée de matériau gazeux de départ est inséré dans l~orifice du conteneur, avant la formation du film. Dans un appareil de formation d~un film sur la surface externe d~un conteneur, un catalyseur thermique est disposé autour du conteneur, et un matériau gazeux de départ est soufflé à travers le tuyau d~arrivée de matériau gazeux de départ tout amenant le matériau gazeux de départ au contact du catalyseur thermique pour la formation d~un film. On refroidit pour éviter toute déformation thermique du conteneur par la chaleur irradiée depuis le catalyseur thermique. Par exemple, on obtient un conteneur sur lequel un film mince de SiNx contenant de l~hydrogène ayant une épaisseur de film de 5 à 100 nm et ayant une teneur en hydrogène de 1 à 10 % atomique a été formé.
