Abstract of the Disclosure Apparatus for measuring and cutting fabric compris- ing a table, a set of cradle rolls at the back of the table for holding a supply roll of fabric and a set of cradle rolls at the front of the table for cradling a core for winding up the fabric, with a drive for the cradle rolls operable either to drive the core to wind up fabric on the core from the supply or to drive the supply roll to rewind fabric on the supply roll, with means adjacent one side of the table for measuring fabric travelling from the supply roll to the core, and means for cutting the fab- ric between the measuring means and the core.
