The present invention is a system of symmetric guides (25A, 25B) and baffles (26, 28) for directing and diffusing the external air drawn from a fan blower (12) before distributing the flow evenly to the outlet of a fan filter unit (32). This arrangement not only reduces the turbulence and minimizes pressure loss within a fan filter unit (32) but also maintains the even distribution of air when discharged through the same system. Furthermore, the present invention is implemented in dimensions substantially similar to that of the fan blower (12) in terms of heights. As such, the present invention minimises noise of a fan filter unit (32) even in low clean room ceiling height. Finally, the present invention's guides (25A, 25B) and baffles (26, 28) are symmetrical surrounding the fan blower (12), which allows either the clockwise fan or the anti-clockwise fan to be used for the same fan filter unit (32) for user's convenience.
La présente invention concerne un système de guides (25A, 25B) et de déflecteurs (26, 28) symétriques servant à diriger et à diffuser l'air extérieur provenant d'un ventilateur refoulant (12) vers la sortie d'une unité de filtre de ventilateur (32) avant la répartition uniforme de l'écoulement d'air. Ce dispositif permet non seulement de réduire les turbulences et de limiter les pertes de pression dans une unité de filtre de ventilateur (32), mais aussi de maintenir la répartition uniforme de l'air lorsqu'il est évacué par l'intermédiaire de ce même système. Par ailleurs, la présente invention présente des dimensions sensiblement similaires à celles du ventilateur refoulant (12) en termes de hauteur. Ladite invention permet ainsi de réduire le bruit d'une unité de filtre de ventilateur (32), y compris dans une salle blanche dont le plafond est bas. Enfin, les guides (25A, 25B) et les déflecteurs (26, 28) de la présente invention sont disposés symétriquement autour dudit ventilateur refoulant (12), ce qui permet l'utilisation d'un ventilateur dextrorsum ou sénestrorsum pour la même unité de filtre de ventilateur (32) selon les convenances de l'utilisateur.
